The International Tech Park, known as ITPL or ITPB, is situated in Whitefield, Bangalore, 18 km away from the city center. Designed by the Singaporean architectural firm RSP Architects Planners & Engineers, this tech park is managed by Ascendas. It features the 450,000 square foot Park Square Mall, various sports facilities, and the Vivanta by Taj hotel. Established in January 1994 as a collaboration between India and Singapore, it is the oldest tech park in Bengaluru and forms part of the Whitefield cluster. Comprising 10 buildings named Discoverer, Innovator, Creator, Explorer, Inventor, Navigator, Voyager, Aviator, Pioneer, Victor, and Anchor, this park hosts multinational corporations such as IPsoft, General Motors, Société Générale, Mu Sigma, Xerox, Conduent, AT&T, Soais, Sharp, Scientific Games, Medtronic, iGATE, GE, Airtel, Moving Picture Company, TCS, Startek, Gyansys Infotech, Technicolor, Atos, Unisys, Delphi, Huawei, Oracle, Perot Systems, Applied Materials, GalaxE Solutions, First American Corporation, and various other medium and small-sized companies. Additionally, companies like Dell, Tesco, Shell, Aviva, GM, Schneider Electric, Sapient, Goodrich / UTC Aerospace, DaimlerChrysler, Symphony Teleca Corp, and Tangoe have also established their presence in Whitefield.
